Stafford U3A now has group membership of the YHA, entitling all Stafford U3A members to stay at any YHA facility worldwide whilst travelling with an organised Stafford U3A group without the need to enrol as individual members.
Planning meetings take place on the second Friday of each month and it is envisaged that visits to hostels will be planned for alternate months. Stays will be for 1-3 nights.
Hostels vary in the facilities offered. Some, like the Stratford-on-Avon one, have a wide range of accommodation including private facilities, bookable at a supplement, but some are more basic.
